"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

me and a girl had a year relationship. i messed up alot of times becuase i promised 2 be faithful to her but i had sex with 2 girls and messed around with about 5 others during that year. I told her about afew but not all. you know once a dj its hard to stop lol. But anyways we recently broke up becuase she doesnt get the feelings for me she used to a.k.a i just want to be friends. She still wants to talk to me and sit with me alone and **** at lunch like we would every once in a rare time during the relationship. What does this mean? Im getting mixed signals becuase she claims she is over me 100% but still wants to talk all the time and all the type of stuff you would in a relationship. I want another chance to be in a relationship with her but i dont know how to take upon that. What should i do. drop contact, talk to again in afew months if so how many? keep contact(an do what?). Im asking for you guy's advice on this becuase i havent been in this situation before. I plan on getting back into the feild. The last 5 months of the relationship I was faithful so you know my DJ skills rusted up. Give me some tips for a fast recovery with it and what to do about the relationship. Thanks!

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Do not disrepect the name of a DJ, or place a DJ label on cheating.

Move on, enjoy life for god's sake. For starters, even if you do get back with her, you have to live with the fact she only knows about half of your cheating.

You're nothing more than a friend to her now. Don't drag yourself through the mud in an attempt to get her back.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
