"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

It seems that going to the gym and good looks can attract the wrong kind of attention.
It makes me feel really uncomfortable... seems like an AFC fag. Has asked me three times if i live on campus. :nervous:

Whenever he talks to me now, i just try to be friendly but blow him off like i'm doing my own thing.
Frankly i don't wanna know anything about his sexual orientation.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I donno i'm a friendly kind of person. I say hi to everyone. Besides it's awkward to just ignore someone when they come up and talk to you. What am i supposed to do look away?
We have a lot of gay people at our school, so i just try to ignore them for the most part. I didn't know this guy was a fag until he started hitting on me and by that time i was almost friends with him.

Common this is a serious problem!! I could see how to a girl this would be a turn on.
I was laughing at my friend when she told me one of her friends had tried to make out with her... now i'm not laughing anymore. :(

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

just be polite and tell him you're flattered but you arent a homosexual. Say it nicely and firmly and you should be cool.
Yeah. It's a compliment if a Gay guy hits on you. It's happened to me a few times, I say "Thanks, but no thanks" (or similar), and then a few have become friends. Well dressed "classy" gay guys = chick magnets, so being their straight friend is a very very good thing.

If he's just being friendly though, perhaps he's just a nice guy?

If you're sure he's trying to hit on you then you can just make it clear you're not a homosexual by some indirect comment, ie, i'm dating this girl, or whatever. If someone asked me if I lived on campus I wouldn't read too much into it but that's just me.

I was at a bar once w/2 girls... this guy came up to me and said "you're a handsome guy" and told the girls i was with, "he's a real handsome guy! You guys are lucky!" I just said thank you and ignored him. The girls I was with asked if I knew him. This was not a gay bar so I don't know why he came up to me like that.

Yea, i'm not quite sure if he's gay, that's why i was hesitant about just blurting that out.
Maybe you're right, maybe he just wants friends really bad. Either way, i'm just gonna try to avoid him. He creeps me out.

If he approaches me again i'll use that gf line. thanx, for the help guys.

Gyms are LOADED with gay guys. Looks are everything in the gay world. Most of you seem to be on the fast track to attracting gay men. What you think girls want is what gay boys covet.

Hahahaha this is grand! You know I've always been a little paranoid that there are some gay forum stooges here on SoSuave, with the intent to convert young aspiring dons to the bareback way. Most guys here are a little fruity if you ask me.

Let's not call them "gay." Gay is just a word homosexuals made up so they can justify their sick and perverted acts. Gay means: happy, cheerful, etc. Look it up. It has nothing to do with being a homosexual. Call them homosexuals because that is the proper word. Btw, I am heterosexual and I don't find that offensive, so homos should be fine with being called that.

Hahahaha. Well i'm sure they think just like women, so its all good. They're probably just a little more forward about it.
I mean common, what girl doesn't like a guy that's in shape?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

They're not bothering me any. No, I don't think they made a choice to become gay. No, they're not tracking me down to rape me. No they don't bother me, so get over it.

You know nothing about females. Absolutely nothing. Wow, no wonder some of you are so lost. Gay guys think like men. There is a reason that every STD travels through the gay community like wildfire. They have TONS of sex. Just like most of you would do if you could. Their thought process has little to nothing in common with the typical healthy female. Maybe 40 year old divorce types might think like they do, but those are not normal healthy females.

I really question if any of you have gotten to know a female who isn't a tramp. Every girl I deal with is very stiff and uncomfortable when it comes to anything more than a kiss. I suspect if the girl you are with is different, than she is probably a HPV infected tramp.

Homosexuals are sick. Just that American society has led you to believe that gay guys are cool. Try spreading that myth around Eastern Europe. The Western Europeans have and it has gotten even more hatred directed towards gays. Go visit dlist.com. Tell me that homosexuality isn't just another way to get lots of action.

lol, very true, Teacher, but is there a way to pull them from the matrix?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
