“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm going to make this short and sweet because I wrote a very detailed post that got mucked up in the sending and I lost it. So I'm kinda irritated. Here goes:

I Am 6'0''. I started at 220 pounds, well overweight, in January 2003.
Have spent almost the last 2 years seriously losing weight.
Lowest weight was 175 pounds in April 2004. No more gut, face well defined, look good. People that meet me for first time say I'm 'lean'. People I used to know say 'skinny'.
Started school year at 178.5 lbs. Maintained this until early October. Have been weight training to get 'ripped' since then. Have had a good diet that has become a part of my life over past 2 years.
Have an active life (also ingrained).

Anyway after weight training with capable roomate for 6 weeks or so and increasing my protein intake while keeping rest of diet same, and getting plenty of rest, I am now at 184 pounds.

While noticing muscle gains, I think I am getting fat gains too. Noticing accumulation of fat in the midsection which ticks me off because it took me 2 years to get rid of it all.

How can I make sure I gain solid muscle mass and get 'ripped' but not end up getting fat?

Thanks.

Anytime you bulk up, you will gain some fat along in the process.

True. Otherwise, you are not gaining muscles either, since you don't eat enough.

You shouldn't be scared of getting little fat during bulking.
It's natural and you cannot avoid it.

Losing fat while gaining muscle is almost impossible to most of us, so you have to keep cycling between bulking up and cutting.
Check DIESEL's guide for more information.

BTW. As you describe yourself lean now you wont get that much fat while bulking if you just eat low fat food with high protein and low GI carbs!. (note, after gym it's good to eat high GI carbs and minimal fat)

First of, get a body composition test done to determine your fat levels.

Then, check out Diesel's cutting guide. Everytime you bulk up, you will gain fat, it's unavoidable if you wanna build muscle.

im not doubting you, i've been an amateur bodybuilder for 7 years. Getting fat when bulking is a thing of the past, yes many people do that, but many people dont care about their nutrition. if you want to stay relatively lean but still pack on muscle, take it slow.
