"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

She broke my heart about 8 months ago and now she calls me "to see how I've been doing all this time". I heard from a close friend that her and her recent boyfriend are already breaking up  . She was asking about me to some of my stupid friends and one of them gave her my number  . All I did over the phone was talk about our relationship, how ****ed up she was bieng towards me, how I forgive her and not hold any grudges against her (which is what she expected from me) and what is going on in our present lives. I figured she probably wanted me to take her back but she also said stuff during our conversation such as "Someday you'll find the right girl". WTF does this psycho ***** want from me now? 8 months ago she put me through the worst depressive moment of my life and now she's coming back to me acting as if nothing ever happened and how shes sorry for bieng cold towards me all that time.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Listen man, this b!tch threw you away thinking she could do better. She didn't see you as a boyfriend, she just saw you as trash that she didn't need in her life anymore. She moved on for the better, or so she thought.

So she found some *******, it didn't work out, and now she's experiancing some ego hurting and needs some sucker to go be her little emotional b!tch so she can get her self-esteem up.

That's what she sees you as, despite how nice she is or how much she tells you she regrets what happened. She sees you as a dependable rebound, the guy who will be there for her when other *******s use her up and throw her away. She has no respect for you, and does not love you - if she did, she wouldn't have ditched your ass and ignored you for 8 months. This girl does not care about you. Where's your pride man? Don't even talk to this b!tch, she is beneath you. She wants you to be her little rebound b!tch, who does she think she is? Remember, you are a man, you're no one's b!tch.

I tell you, if you take this b!tch back, you will break up again, and next time it will be even worse. Once she knows you'll take her back, she will do all sorts of sh!t to push your limits. Tell her you're not interested in anything she has to offer and to stop calling you. Then disappear from her life.

She didn't think you were worth her time back then, and she doesn't think so now. She just wants her self-esteem restored, and there is nothing better for that then an ex-bf who was afc. So don't play into her game.

Good luck man.

Yeah, MindoverMatter is pretty much on the ball...

She wants to know how terrible your life is now that she isn't around. Tell her how wonderful your life has been and all the cool stuff you have been up to in the last 8 months.

The only thing I would add is that it is great to catch up with the ex, then using your newly acquired DJ mentality, flirt outrageously with her and then watching her blow you. At this point you are vulnerable though, don't commit to anything... ANYTHING!!! :D

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Yo, this **** happens to me still. And i'm talking 4-5 years later. I personally think it only happens to younger chicks. In their lives they are ****ign around etc, but when's **** isn't happening the way they want it to they call you up. Who knows perhaps they never really got over you? I have two girls that are my ex's from WAY back- 3-4 years ago! Back in my 1/2 afc days. Still calling up wanting to know whats going down in my life.

Of course i'm never going to take them back. Everyone should just know this as fact. But then unlike popular thought- i tell them very little about me. I'm friendly blah blah on the phone: often they drop the hints about catching up blah blah. But **** that. I got better things to do with my time. So at this point you can say some **** about having a drink. And let some time pass and being a busy guy you soon forget about catching up with them.

In the meantime its more than likely they are stressing about you. I've tried the "i've moved on -stay out of my life" lines etc... they aren't helpful. They **** u over in the long run. Girls like this are just some **** you have to deal with. That's the cost of making mistakes by making to many girlfriends that aren't worthy.

Decent chicks don't pull this **** on you.

On a side note, i'm not even interested in ****ing these girls ever again. Too much trouble and baggage etc. **** that.

Cheers,
f.

Excuse all the language homie- just read another post that was very 'gangsta' and playa in nature that's got up in my face. ;p

She was feeling guilty and used you as her emotional tampon. She feels better now and where are you? Confused... You should have accepted her apology and moved on instead of carrying all this extra crap for her.
