I am not sure about that. I know that I would have a three some w/ a women that I am already in a LTR with but only under strict guidelines that I set, and I would only do it if I knew she wasn't likely to start seeing women behind my back. You can tell about the women's outlook on the subject if she is likely. A good straight women will take a while to warm up to the idea and only after long thought will she warm up to the idea.
However, I don't know if I would ever enter a LTR w/ a women I've had a threesome w/. The only women I've had threesomes w/ have not exactly been wholesome women.
I'm guessing in your case, if you've had a threesome w/ her before knowing her that long, she is pretty sexually open and I would seriously question her ability to commit or her overall mental health/stability. The women I've had threesomes, all have had their "issues".

I dated a woman I had a threesome with another girl with for a few years and she looked out for me like no other. First, of course, she was adventurous in bed and loved to have sex. She cooked, cleaned, ran errands for me with no complaints, and treated my son well and dealt with endless babby momma drama but gave no signs of annoyance. Hell, she even volunteered to carry a child during pregnancy for my sister and her husband.

I guess that what we can learn from your experience is not to risk getting TOO adventurous with someone who is a long-termer.
I don't think too many men/women can overcome the social conditioning that we have had since childhood, at least, not for long.
The past CAN potentially come back to haunt a person, regardless of who you are and what you have achieved since.
