Well, you can probably say goodbye to whatever social-proof you have in the circle she's in. That letter is going to spread like wildfire and be gossip for months

I would take out this part: "Your response pissed me off so much that I wrote this." and change the words to something like: "Your response to me made me realize you deserve what I'm writing." Swapping those words around makes it seem less reactionary and more thought-out.

Still, she'll think you're an ******* lol. I'd probably do the same thing to a woman though....but if she's insecure, you might not want to give her that message because it would drive her over the edge.

Rule of thumb - don't contact someone to tell them you don't want any contact with them. Just go.

And they guy that told you earlier in the thread that this is an AFC move nailed it. It really is one of the worst AFC things you could do. Don't forget to get drunk and call her crying and apologizing later. That's the next step in the program.
