Im really getting into partial range of motion movements when it comes to hamstrings and curls. These have been really effective in rehab and developing weak points. Also training more like a bodybuilder to help bring up my strength gains.

Tore my left hamstring doing single leg deadlifts...

What's the distance and reps on your farmer's walk? I don't do them as often these days but I go for 100 lb in each hand for 20ft up and back again.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Ill start off light, 45 or 65 lbs and just keep going up in 10lb increments.

I do 1 lap around the outer edges of a 5,000 Sq ft facility before I increase the weight.

That's very good. My gym doesn't have that much room to walk around in so I just choose an aisle and walk there.
