got it. thanks
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
Here's a rule of thumb.Kev07 said:sounds good when will i know if it stops working? my chest still gets sore after my chest days so i take it that i can keep going for a while longer
Quiksilver said:Use pyramid sets buddy...
Work up to your 5-rep max...
Something like this:
Set1: 10% x 8
set2: 50% x 4
set3: 90% x 1
set4: 100% x 5
set5: 105% x 5
set6: 75% x 15-20
good luck
p.s. at the end of set6, your muscles should be pumping battery acid.
Go look up Arnold lifting, that will be proof of "bigger weights don't mean bigger muscles". He never lifted monster weights, his form was perfect and he focused on quality over quantity.Call_Me_Daddy said:And for you dweebs that complain that "bigger weights don't mean bigger muscles" I say show me a dude who can bench press 700 but weighs under 200.
Arnold benched somewhere around 450lbs and up as a max bench. I forget the exact number since this is obscure info from 30 years ago. But I got something present day:blinkwatt said:Go look up Arnold lifting, that will be proof of "bigger weights don't mean bigger muscles". Form (not "perfect" form but "correct" form) is more important than how much weight you can put up, because incorrect form causes injuries. Injuries that can put you out for potentially quite a while. I get nervous anytime someone says to a newb anything that sounds like "eh, just throw it up there, you'll figure it out."Call_Me_Daddy said:Form is important, but more weight is priority #1. Perfect form comes next.
There's a difference between having acceptable form and doing an exercise completely wrong. You can push the limit by 'cheating' a bit and breaking out of form some in order to get more weight on the bar.Throttle said:I get nervous anytime someone says to a newb anything that sounds like "eh, just throw it up there, you'll figure it out."
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

When I mean 450, I mean 450 for reps. Unlike powerlifters most bodybuilders dont do a 1 rep max. Its not needed for anything.blinkwatt said:Exactly,450 is not that much when you think about it. He weighted 250 in the offseason,235 during competitions. That's not even twice his own bodyweight,it's 180%. Let's see,if Mr.O benched 180% of his own bodyweight and SET THE STANDARD FOR BODYBUILDING WITH THOSE STATS what makes you think it's all about power? IT'S ALL IN THE FORM!.
Wow. You really know your fitness. Tell me Mr. Expert: If he's fat how the hell does he lift all that weight?BLAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Sorry but he is fatass,I would rather be lean and lift 1/4 as much then be built like that. Don't get me wrong he lifts ALOT,but look at his build........!.
Yes, form should be 1st if you want to be built like a girl.Form should be no.1 any time, quality over quantity.
Well there goes the: "But he's FAT!!" argument.blinkwatt said:Who would have thought? I have been lifting hard and dieting for six months compared to his 12 years in the lifting business=24 times as long as I have.
That was pending if you read, "blink, if Brian Siders dieted down to your leanness". I still hold my statement that he is very fat.Call_Me_Daddy said:Well there goes the: "But he's FAT!!" argument.

You mean the 160lb ripped guy in your gym?blinkwatt said:WOW! Let me ask you this, have you had bodybuilders offer for you to lift w/ them because they know your on the right track and want to help you accel? I don't talk out my butt.
I'm over 15% and i'm not fat.blinkwatt said:BAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Thear she blows! Thanks for the laugh.
Let's be honest anything over 15%ish is overweight/border line fat, and he is easily 20%+. Again,a good idea of bodyfat, http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=101881 .
