"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

You didnt eliminate her, she eliminated herself. Get it?
This is all you need to know.

In other words "adviceplease", take this advice: give this chick 0 chances of having anything to do with you anymore because she is not WORTH YOUR TIME. You guys should learn to spend time with women who are willing to bang you, not dramatic ones and ones who won't bang.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

You are the attention giver that fills her needs while you get nothing back in return. Stop wasting your time and focus on other women. She's made things abundantly clear to you. If she was interested working together wouldnt have stopped her.

Only one of you thinks its anything more than friends and its not her.

You want to fvck her and she wants to fvck other guys and be friends with you. Obviously, that is a problem.

Not sure what else I am missing but I know what you are missing- she is a work wh0re and you're not her type. No big deal, find one who is and doesnt work with you.

Both problems solved. When she wants to go do "friend" things with you, tell her that you have a chick that you are going to hang out with instead. "Sorry, busy tonight. Meeting up with a girl I've been talking to".

She messages you a few days later: Want to hang out Friday?
You: Not sure if I am hanging out with this new girl or not yet. I will let you know. (then dont let her know anything).

So go find a new chick to hang out with asap. Or two. Or three. Dont throw it in her face but if she asks you to hang out tell her the truth, which is that you have a date.

You didnt eliminate her, she eliminated herself. Get it?
Follow Glassguy's advices. They are VERY nice ones.

And, if you REALLY want to fvck this one girl - ignoring the problems involved: 1) she's working at the same place as you - 2) she do NOT like you enought - you will need to set a date, only you and her. If she do not accept, be distant and hard to find. The facebook thing really was a mess, you acted as a kid, but you can bypass this mistake. Last thing: go for another girls. You seen a little infartuated by this one, so go for many. Game on!

Ok, so I should still be distant and just move on? I've been doing well in that department anyway. No one thinks I was being too harsh and that I misinterpreted it? I didn't make it clear I liked her originally, she's right on that but at the same time in person (the second time) she seemed to have her guard up anyway. Should I just follow what her actions show and not her words? She legit has been posting cryptic tweets (I assume about me now) and seemed unhappy. Also she heard that I was playing around with another co-worker (she would send me nudes and stuff) and apparently that made her hesistent.

You could be right that it's all a ploy for attention.

Mirror her interest to you if you really want to. Glassguy gave you good advice.
If it were me and she asked me to hang out i would have said. Got other plans. 3 words thats it.
If she wants you bad enough she will find a way. Let her.
It's for a Christmas party. I don't think I'll go as I'm not well at the moment. I got to say, my game has been extremely weak with this girl.

I'll keep my contact low but just be more alpha/assertive from now on and see where it goes from there.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
