I imagine in these days of OLD, it's even easier, like shooting fish in a barrel. It's interesting that you say she's your type though - I'm guessing you're looking beyond her just being hot. This will go against the grain on this site. But you should know that these types of girls typically have had major trauma growing up. Whether it’s no daddy around, mental and physical abuse from mom or stepdad or neglect. When your brain is still “wet” as a child and experience horrible circumstances like mom bringing home a different guy every weekend or being abused, that behavior seems like the usual or standard way of doing things. They’ll believe that this is the way of things, so when they experience honest and stable people later in life they freak out, or in other words sabotage anyone good because it feels so unusual and confusing and not what they were used to when growing up.

Bottom line, these girls have deep, deep issues. They have their own demons and it’s best to steer clear of them. In a way I feel bad for them. They need serious therapy to reallign their thinking. You’re wasting your time on rationalizing these types so focus primarily on yourself.
