You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Like men are any better.
Most dudes are willing to throw their entire life away for ( here we go again) a piece of flesh the size of a coin mostly used for pissing and bleeding and notorious for catching yeast( and spreading)infections . That last one was overdoing it sorry ladies..
You get the point. Modern men ( up to 40 /50 now) say they refuse to work( needed for basic survival) because boohoo women don't wanna start a family with them and clean their dirty boxers on commando. So they refrain to playing Madden or Fifa while enjoying the luxury of their parents basement and "mom's spaghetti " deep into their thirties.
And yet have the focking nerve to complain that no woman in the western hemisphere will touch their little wiener. So they travel to a 3rd world shytehole to (ab)use a woman living in poverty to end up AGAIN eating mom's spaghetti after being taken to the cleaners.
Sounds pretty broken to me..
