"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Me and my gf broke up lastnight. I guess it was my decision on whole, but its peed me off. For 3 months of her being depressed i tried to be there for her and when i felt down she was never there for me.

She's selfish, heartless and only speaks about stupid horsies LoL you would think shes 5. Anyways the thing is ive blocked her on MSN and that but i have a bit of oneitis i feel like utter crap and its ruined my game, ive forgot all my dj stuff shes really peed me off. Im more angry then upset because i was there for her and she wasnt there for me, i want to get over it, date other girls is my way of doing that, but ive lost all my dj ways :/ how do i stop myself from wanting to ring her, i have urges to do it now and then, i just think fook the b!tch and then next moment i feel like crap. I want to get over her fast because shes a utter c0w.
should i read the dj bible again?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

mate i get this a lot even though my old oneitis was the biggest evil hor around. Just be strong and don't call her. Think about this way, the more you call her the weaker you are, the less you call the stronger you are. Each moment of pain that you feel makes you stronger because it's another step towards being free of the goddamn *****.

And it makes her wonder what the hell you are doing too. Makes her regret losing you. If you call her the evil ***** will be even more evil because she's thinking "haha, he can't live without me even though I treat him like dog shvt"

go out to the strippers, go out with the boys, go get a hooker if u have to haha.

TheFlyingMan's advice is kinda spot on, always remember how bad she treated you and that will help in cutting off your oneitis.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
