"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Remember when you found this site, it was like finding the golden key to all of life's problems. You immediately dropped everything you were doing and started reading and processing as much information as you possibly could. As you were reading you said to yourself, "I can't wait to use this on (oneitis) tomorrow, now I can finally get her!" and you get excited to use some of the techniques you've found.

But tomorrow comes, you see the girl, and you become scared...you freeze up, just like you did before you found this site. So you come home, read some more, say to yourself your going to approach her tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, still no approach.

Now your thinking to yourself that you aren't an AFC anymore, so you start posting some advice on this site, just regurgitating whatever you've read in your own words. And sure, people will praise you for it, they may even believe your a true DJ, but you are still yet to make a single approach.

Now you've reached "Master Don Juan", the 500 post count, and have read every four and five star thread out there, have read through the DJ Bible, and have created some epic posts of your own, yet you still haven't made a SINGLE approach.

What's the point of this? (besides a little auto-biography) YOUR STILL THE SAME AFC WHO CAME STUMBLING ACROSS THIS SITE. Sure, you know everything there is to know, but what good does it do if you don't have any EXPERIENCE to back it up.

EXPERIENCE is all that matters in this game, and once you go out and start getting some it's easy to see who are real DJ's and who are just KBJ's.

The dreaded KBJ, the guy who always tells you it's IMPOSSIBLE to do this and impossible to do that, but has he ever experienced any of these things? Go out there, experience things for yourself. People say it's impossible to get out of the friend zone, prove them wrong!

One of the best bits of advice you can take off this board is confidence is EVERYTHING. Grow a set, get out there and start improving.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Well, my problem really isn't approaching the girl anymore, it's actually having a conversation with the girl and making her interested. If the girl doesn't respond, that just means she's not interested.

That is all part of the approach my friend. You have to grind through it, push through the awkwardness...your going to have to do A LOT of talking to get her to open up to you. I forget who it is, but someone on this site always preaches the 90you-10her percentage when you first meet someone.

I know, I was just implying that I don't freeze up anymore when I want to approach girls, I just go up to them. The actual approach is what I need to work on.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

No shet, some ppl have been here for years and still ask things like how to approach a girl, the funny part, same person dares to give advice when he cant take care of his own problems. Dont tell another guy to workout when you youself are out of shape..
