You still havnt answered what i needed, i dont care if you think my teacher cant teach me whats good about reading, thats not waht the topic is about, im done, i did it on my own cuz no one here can help me, im not lashing out on anybody, it just went downhill fast..:moon: :moon:

Reading is useful for...

- Learning new info for the future. If you know first aid you can save someone.
- Knowledge is power, you can use it to control people and create ideas.
- Reading exercises the mind.

Paris is actually doing society a favor for once! She's suing hallmark in federal court for using her likeness in "that's hot" birthday cards.

Getting rid of thrashy birthday cards with her likeness, AND punishing Hallmark, the inventor of such bu11sh1t holidays as sweetest day.
Two birds with one stone.

The physical act of reading is useless and destructive to your eyes.

The mental aspect of reading is far greater. You read to satisfy your human nature; curiosity.

That being said, I almost never pick up a book anymore. If there's a book I want to read, I download the audiobook. I'd rather not need glasses or contacts

Two weeks ago I picked up a cd collection containing almost 600 audiobook mp3s. That's the way of the future.
