Nah, a crazy girl is still capable of wreaking havoc even when you keep it casual simply by association. I never fell for any crazy girls, never told any of them I loved them, kept things very casual, yet have all sorts of crazy stories to tell that complicated my life.

The craziest one accused me of fuhking her friend, threw an entire pan of lasagna out the back door, claimed she was going to drive off a bridge, then got hauled away to the crazy house for 36hrs all in the span of a few hours when her friend that she thought i was fuhking did a welfare check on her.

I got a lot of stories about crazy women I never cared deeply for.

From the reply you gave @Bingo-Player I sense you have never dated someone that was truly crazy(biplar, narcissistic, borderline, pscychopath, sociopath). A crazy woman is far more advanced and worse at playing games than your average emotional woman. Its not about how you handle it, taking it personal, love, or pressure. You don't handle these crazy women, one simply can't.

Guys, I am pondering on this topic - why am I attracted to girls that are full of red flags and are often visibly displaying that they are damaged goods?

On a logical level, I know that it's not a good idea to mess up with those type of women. But maybe I'm pulled to the short-term idea of a passionate adventure?

Recently I've talked (chatted) to 2 crazy women. They openly admitted to me that they are insane (it was on a semi-anonymous website, so no big deal for them to talk about that). And I noticed that I had something like "an urge to save them". Again - on a logical level, I know that's unnecessary, nor they need that. But maybe that's connected to the reason I am attracted to them. You have probably heard about the empath-narcissist dynamic. Or maybe you have not, because this is mainly discussed by women, as they are the one who are on the side of "falling for the damaged person and trying to save them".

The thing is, I think I am decently integrated myself. I am very conscientious and aware. Maybe I have had some narcissistic tendencies but I am certainly not a deep dark triad type of a guy. So it's not a "like attracts like" type of a thing. I've dated 1 or 2 BPD's. And I certainly know I don't want to deal with that bs for more than a fling. Even if, now thinking about it, even a fling might be slippery, as these have crazy manipulation tactics and can find ways to lure you deeper into their webs.

Anyway. I am curious what you guys think about this topic. I believe some of you may offer good insights. Have you experienced some if this? Do you have an explanation? What are your thoughts?

Because crazy people, in general, give off a level of carefree vibe that you, and most people, don’t have. It’s not just women that give this off men do too which is usually attributed to the ‘bad boy’ type or whatever. This allows them to naturally draw people in regardless if the person they draw in is a desirable person or not.

Keep working on yourself and you will recognize signs of early crazy behavior like if she excess vapes, excess smokes weed, excess drinks energy drinks, eats terrible food, too political or not at all, and drinks alcohol.

Behavioral signs like this add up over time and you will recognize these behaviors quicker and attach them to that person’s personality. A lot of the red flags that apply to men apply to women as well. it’s not a bad thing to hold women to high standards so long as you meet them yourself.

Crazy women can "Love Bomb" and make you feel like you a rockstar.
If you are a man who always struggles with women, has to bust his a$$ just to get a date or is just tired of trying to meet a woman. Or whatever reason you're caught up in a crazy harlot snare. A woman who will cater to your ego, and love bombing can boost your confidence to levels then add the fact that stereotypically crazy women tend to have higher sex drives and are freaky in bed and most men feel like they are on cloud 9 until the bad side of crazy comes out

I have dealt with my share of crazy women in various periods in my life. Typically once I recognize they are crazy I eject. The last one was in 2023. I knew it wouldn't last but I dealt with her because she was hot and I was thinking with my little head. From my life experience, crazy women can't hide their crazy for long. The mask will slip here and there and they will tell you they are crazy or do something questionable. The thing is you always have to be vetting women, pay attention to not only what they say but their actions

Personally I do not seek out crazy women nor do I deal with them, it's not worth it, even if the sex is good
