Why do some guys look great in boring clothes?

This is a guy I know. Ok I know he looks a little bit slimy, but still. He's wearing the most boring ass "hubby type" clothing. But he still kinda looks like a badass.

Is it just his features?

I don't know what planet you're from, but "hubby" clothing is more along the lines of ill-fitting lightwash jeans, white New Balance sneakers, and some retarded graphic t-shirt. The guy in your pictures is simply dressed like a respectable man who doesn't try to call attention to himself by dressing like a high school kid.

He's slim and looks fit. Because he's slim his features are more prominent and clear than most of us fat or not so slim people. Sharp jawline and cheekbones make him a little more good looking and healthy.

No question, he dresses well. I was just thinking, actually my everyday clothes aren't too different. Still I think that if the pullover in the 1st picture isn't 100% form fitting, then on me it would look like sh!t.

When I wear clothes like that, I think that just a little change in cut transforms me from a strong, good looking guy to a very average office-working pushover. Maybe it's the face.

Wow, I'm sure *****ing a lot. Anyway, no big problem, I do have clothes that fit well and everything is good. Was just wondering.

Guys. This dude has an obvious lack of color vision and looks like he's bored to death. Cut out the happy woman by his side or photoshop a HB0 next to him and you'll see what I'm talking about.

He looks like an ordinary guy and dresses the way it suits him. Everyone has their own style that makes them feel comfortable. One of my very best friends likes wearing shoes and dress pants and shirts. Im the opposite, I prefer a fitted t shirt that fits nicely with my muscular look, along with nice jeans and shoes/boots.

Guy looks decent (nothing great but pretty good) dresses ok BUT....HE LOOKS PRETTY LEAN (SQUARE JAW LINE AND PROBABLY LOW BODYFAT) and he's not even wearing "fitted" clothes that would make him actually look even better because it would accentuate his body, just my opinion...

Photoshop a hb1 and he looks frumpy.

The chick adds points cuz it makes you think hes cool inside for having hbs hugging him. He dresses somewhat dull, but less is more sometimes.

Plus its just clothes, unless hes super ripped and looks sporty, its just a manequin dressed up at the mall.

I have found that dressing well has a lot more to do with just finding the right colours and the right fit. Girls give me way more compliments (and I find I look better) in a nice-fitting charcoal t-shirt than some crazy "cool" stuff.
