"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Why do girls keep thinking I want to just "hang out" with them?

For some reason all the girls I've gone on "dates" with think that I'm just "hanging out" with them. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I mean, when I call...

ME: Hey kara, it's skinnydart
HER: Hey! blah, blah
ME: Yeah, I was just calling to see if you wanted to go see movie name with me tomorrow.
HER: Tomorrow evening... yeah I don't work tomorrow so that'll work.
ME: Great, I get off of work at 5:30, so I'll pick you up at 5:45 at your dorm and we'll go get some dinner before?
HER: Ok, yeah, it'll be fun to hang out.

I'm sitting there thinking "uh, didn't I just ask you on a date".

And their behavior on the date shows the same thing, like they're suprised when I tell her I'm actually picking her up and we're not driving our own seperate cars, and then she starts chatting with the waiter (some guy she evidently knew) who basicly asked her out in front of me while she completely ignores me, she talks about other guy's she's dat(ed/ing). It's so annoying!

How do I make it clear that I'm actually wanting to date her not just hang out with her? Note: these girls are all juniors in college, 2+ years older than me, I'm 17)

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Stop acting like a friend to them and work on building some attraction toward you.

She make it clear what the dynamic was when she said "it will be fun to hang out"

Make it clear what you want to happen.

Get them to pick you up and take you next time, and the time after that etc.

Cuz you come off and look like the type of guy who would be "just freinds" with a woman.

You need to work on establishing your attraction right of the bat through b/l and a better choice of words.

You can make a freindship into a sex-love thing depending on your situation though so don't just haul ass cuz of that.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
