Just answer that simple question.
How often you should change your routine?
and why??
Thanks

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Because youre bored. This BS about changing routines to "shock" the muscle is exactly that, BS.

Double BS! You hit plateus because your body adapts to a repeditive stimulus. When your body developes a tolerance to your workout your muscles stop growing. You should change your routine every 8 weeks or so. For example if you have been doing flat bench press for 8 weeks you should switch to incline dumbell press. I can take quotes directly from a professional manual if you so desire to back my statements up.

Westside Barbell recommends changing your Max Effort exercise every 3 weeks.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Do it. But before you do, let me clarify first. The only thing you might want to change (every 2-4 weeks) are the number of sets and reps you do. There is some evidence as to why this is a good idea. Changing exercises does jack besides relieving your boredom. But if that gets you gains, THEN DO IT!! But realize there is no physiological reason to change.Originally posted by Drex

we both like training for hardcore strength instead of for bull**** show muscles that can only lift half their worth and start to tear as soon as you put some pressure on them.

You cant give me one physiological reason to change routines because it dosent exist. Any gains one makes after he changes his routine is purely psychological. But again, if it works, do it. But realize its all in your head.
Peace
