I'm looking into it,anything to help me gain muscle. Anyone taken it with "bad" side effects? How much a day do you take? When do you take it? I currently take a multi in the AM,nothing special just 100% of my daily value,but we all know that when you lift you could a little more then 100%.

I take two tablets(1g) every morning + plus a multivitamin...there's several other pills but I dont think they have vC in them.

So yeah, it can't hurt and every health/fitness program recommends it.

Does vitamin C help gain muscle?? I always thought it just helped fight off colds and sickness.
