"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I relate to Pooparu, mcpimpin, and Francisco.

Francisco is the bee's knees because even though he posts a lot, he never e-rages.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

WestCoaster

SamePendo
Rollo Tomassi
Rollo
Bible Belt
Str8up

A couple of folks could contribute nicely, such as ( . )( . ) and Wyldfire, but are just too damn hardheaded.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

My bad, Shezz, you shoulda been on my list too....

Take notes, fellas, Shezz is one guy you'll probably never see crying over a
b!tch.....

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
Mostly the guys who were here before me, before it became a territory for idle sophistry and keyboard-jockeying. The older guys have really earned my respect.

I'm not going to name names, but just like IRL, you can tell who REALLY gets it and who's full of sh!t. Some names keep coming up again and again in this thread...pay attention to them.

I wouldn't recommend anyone putting me on their list, but if something I said helped you out, I'm glad. I find my own advice is the hardest for me to take, for some bizarre reason.

I tend to respect Espi, he sort of vibes with me like a 'player Uncle in the family helping his virgin nephew get laid'. Get practical tips and pointers that deal directly with the situation at hand.

Other people on here have been rather helpful, or have at least made an genuine effort to state their views, whether I have listened to them or not, and have generally offered support and perspective, for example:

skip2mylou - is recognized for the emphasis on improving looks by going to the gym.

Nine Breaker - is recognized for emphasis on 'inner game' - and a few other alises I cant remember off hand at this time.

Self-Mastery - said a useful tip on finding the 'female equivalent' of yourself and start a relationship with her before jumping into anything.

SamPendo - has an excellent gym thread somewhere.

Desinova - helpful advice to tackle contact-close phobia.

Flabbergasped - liked post analysis of my Jedi bootcamp, helpful thoughts.

popparu - recommending to look at Gunwitch.

Generally, most posters, even those not mentioned, have offered some helpful advice and I think anyone who has contributed practical and intelligent advice on my threads deserves respect, even if I dont totally apply or agree with everything.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

join the club.

I personally don't care that I am not on the lists. This is the first time in months since I have been back.

hmmm, people I respect:

bible belt, shezz, neonbase(although not for any advice he has given here), penkitten, wyldefire and that titboy guy simply for the entertainment, wavejams007(just so I actually get mentioned), there are others, but I am not too good on remembering screennames.

Man. All of you folks can just bust off some names. I personally, can't think of anything right off the top of my head, but being a part of these boards for just a few years (I've changed names due to my inability to remember passwords and emails) I've read a LOT of good stuff. Hopefully the quality posters remain around until another batch come in, otherwise this board will fall to the "What do I do? She looked at me. Does she like me?" threads.

Keep it up guys.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
