no biggie, it's already passed now so who cares, but when I send the first text, it is usually along the lines of:

"Hey monkey nuts (or whatever nickname or funny thing I mentioned to her when I met her), was fun at XXXXXXX. When r u free to go eat some banana's / hunt some buffalo / do some grecko roman wrestling / (in general do something completely ridiculous)?

Lemme know - Yuppaz"

I'll text that the next day after meeting so they can save my number and know they won't be bored to tears by me. Then if I call / text later to set the date, they know it's me.

Think that she just doesn't know who you are. Not a test at all. Say something like "Loved the tonsil hockey on the boat, when r u free to do it on dry land...lol - truthistruth"
