Which muscles turn girls on the most?

I am trying to get an idea of what muscles matter in terms of girls, so I can prioritise my training.

In your experience guys, which muscles seem to get girls going the most? I have noticed that women seem to give a bit of attention to my pecs.

Why not just build everything up? I don't think you should lift JUST for girls. Besides, if you have an overall solid physique, you'll look better naked. Wouldn't you rather look better naked?

search for some threads here by A-Unit like "Squatting for Big Arms" etc...

A balanced program of lifting (emphasizing big compound lifts like bench, squats and deadlifts), diet (emphasizing lean sources of protein, fibrous sources of carbs, and a balance of different fats), and rest (7-9 hours of sleep and avoiding overtraining in its many forms) will give you a solid base no matter what sort of body type you're starting from.

The best way to make the muscle groups Staz lists look good is to make everything bigger & strip away the adipose (body fat). You can have all the abs & butt in the world but they won't show through if covered in adipose. You'll have to figure out your own goals, but the muscles women love need proper nutrition and probably some cardio to shine through.

Nonetheless, it's not all-or-nothing: my experience is that it's hard to have too much muscle, and lowering your bodyfat by more than a percentage point or two gets ladies' attention.

Prioritise your training for who? Women? If that's the reason why you're training, you're training for the wrong reaons.

It really depends on the girl, but many go for a lean, well-defined appearance.

Don't focus too much on prioritizing your training though. Just focus on the bigger muscle groups and you'll be fine.

the most important muscles are the ones that you show when you smile. girls dig a smiling guy, it shows he is a happy guy. then they notice the rest of your body.

fair enough, but I need motivation wherever I can find it, and I suspect others would agree. I don't think the two motivations are mutually exclusive. Lingering looks from leering ladies are on my list of reasons I train for myself.

Alright, it's not an easy answer though. Girls like different things, some like a strong thick chest, some like 6 pack abs, others like a wide powerful back, I'm sure some even like tree truck legs, so I would say your best bet would be to get BIG all over. Find a good routine that you can stick to, and go lift. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away, these things take time.

Shoulders and the back width are everything, they give the impression of a 'macho' guy more than anything, with you having a seemingly large presence.

Girls love physical body parts of which is not seen by the majority: ie. Biceps/Triceps are not as impressive as Chest muscle/6-pack Abs/Back muscles/Thigh muscles/Calf muscles.

While large arms is a sign of strength, it is not a sign of healthiness, but the latter mentioned is a sign of healthiness and that's what's most attractive.

I know I've already posted, but generally speaking, the "beach muscles" are the most sought after. You know, the upper body. Rarely do girls look at legs or such when you have clothes on. Like I've said before, you want to look good naked. I'm sure it's no fun getting laughed at when you have a 45inch chest, 17 inch biceps and 22 inch thighs.

but most importantly from alll of u guys giving body parts that you think girls like...the number one thing they look for in those parts is...


definition, they --in my oppinion-- like to see your: lats, chest, arms, abs..etc defined and cut...not just big and bulgy.

Thats why its good to be lean and big...being lean allows the appearance of ur muscles to pop out for attention and big shows strength and effort and masculinity.

Correct. Don't confuse "lean" with "shredded" though. Lean is about, IMO, 9-10% BF

Shredded is around 6-7%

Just plain sick is BBer competition levels...4%ish
