I've never seen this, is it the same as the protein shakes as you get in holland and barret? or soemthing different?

the holland and barrett ones are called "precision engineered whey protein". i recommend not buying them because they only have like 17g of protein per scoop - for £20 - shyt value. If you can find a workout world shop, they have whey protein with 24g protein per scoop. it's like a tub of whey + 100mg creatine for £33 in there. Quite dear, but its good quality whey.

Look in an Argos catalogue through the supplements section. They have the stuff there, and creatine too.

Yeah,

Whey consortium, no nonsense, cheapest but quality.

Avoid high street stuff, not good value.

I also get whey from reflex.
