“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Would whey protein lose any effectiveness if mixed with oatmeal rather than in some kind of drink or shake (since liquids are probably easier to assimilate)?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

No not at all. Actually it's a good idea to help keep the protein in your system longer since oatmeal is slow burning. There should be some articles on that at bodybuilding.com.

i used to do that quite a lot actually; every morning i'd have one scoop whey with porridge. people thought i was crazy; especially on the cruise ship: 7.30 in the morning, the restaurant's packed, i sit down with my porridge, whip out the whey powder and spoon it into the porridge. heheh, good times

Whats your guys opinions on chocolate or vanilla in oatmeal? I use chocolate for shakes but I might consider buying a vanilla pack for oatmeal. How does it taste?

I hate plain oatmeal with a passion. I only hate flavored oatmeal. I'm so bad that I have to buy maple/brown sugar or apple/cinnamon oatmeal to eat. Not nearly as healthy but much easier to swallow...

Lol I love flavored oatmeal, but I only kinda like plain oatmeal. It just doesn't have the same flavor. Chocolate whey in oatmeal is Okay... but it could be better.

I love oats and whey in a shake together blended up.

If anyone is looking for a healthy weight gainer do this

1cup oats
2 scoops whey
2 cups of milk

and have that shake 3 times a day

I would also reccomend you get a membership at sam's club or costco if you can and buy oats in bulk, you can get a huge 9lb bag of oats for about 7-8bucks.
