"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I want a place that I can go and find poeple to socialize with them , why it is so hard in north America to find such places , in other countries there are cafes which strangers talk with each others even if they didnt meet before .
here I is very hard start conversation with strangers unless you have very interesting subjects .
any suggested places ?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I can understand the OP's frustration. There really aren't any places where people just want to talk and meet each other, as opposed to staying in their cliques/groups.

If such a place existed and had women, it would turn to a sausage fest overnight anyway.

I've only temporarily experienced a friendly chatty environment while on vacation. In real life, back home, it doesn't really happen.

Generally it works like this...

1. Are you in her clique or at least a friend of a clique member? If yes, she will talk to you.

2. If you are not connected, but she finds you hot (or rich or high status, blah blah blah broken record) she will talk to you.

Nobody else need apply.

I'm all for cold approaching but a thick skin is a must.

Where To Meat Poeple
The meat market. Just kidding. I couldn’t resist.

If your interest is meeting people in general, some of the most fascinating conversations I’ve had were with fellow patrons while sitting up at the bar in restaurants. Of course, you can’t just sit there quietly and expect people to chat you up, because that will only occasionally happen. You need to be proactive.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

At the gym, you can get to know some meathead and go all togheter at the restaurant for some steak, also those guido type guys are the best wingmen in case you go to the club hunting for fresh chicks or cougars, just make sure to dont burn any grill (I mean girl) while looking for fresh meat.

If you're having trouble with social skills I think bars are not the place to go. People are there to have fun, not be a practice dummy for someone to figure out how to talk with.

I'd say start with the people at work or school first. Start with new friends of friends. Conversations are more organic with these people since you have more to talk about and reasons to talk to people. Simply starting a conversation with a stranger for no reason is hit-or-miss. Alot of people don't want to be bothered and they don't begin organically.

Once you have better skills you can deduce when you should and when you shouldn't talk to strangers.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

All you guys are real mickey takers ;)

Seriously OP, look at meetup.com, its got lots of cool social events. All individuals meeting up (male and female) looking to make connections with like minded folk; the perfect way to make friends in a non hassle evironment. Try a few of these and youll hit the right note.

All the best,

Tony
