That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
I've been here working at my company and too busy to check out this forum. We've started over a year ago with no users and are currently one of the largest content platforms in the world and the largest one on the blockchain. It's better that the market is down as it gives us time to actually focus on building something than watch the markets all day. I don't expect the market to enter into a bull market until next year and it will be led by bitcoin of course.I remember a few months ago there were several posters who were talking up bitcoin like there was no tomorrow.
Now that Bitcoin has dropped to 6K and is nearing the point of no return where it costs more to mine the coins than the coins are actually worth(somewhere around 5K), they seem oddly quiet...
When something seems too good to be true it usually is. The technology itself has a lot of promise but it appears bitcoin might be extinct in the near future...
This is not aging well lolI remember a few months ago there were several posters who were talking up bitcoin like there was no tomorrow.

I probably should take a short position in it and make a killing when it crashes again. This is not aging well lol
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Just curious, do you still really think this isn't going anywhere? Short term it may correct but it's very obvious to those paying attention it is going much higher. Literally every major financial and tech company is making some move in this space.I probably should take a short position in it and make a killing when it crashes again.
If there is a big pull back I will be really tempted. I got pretty much the remaining amount I wanted in during the 3'sHa! I must have missed this thread when I was posting on my own at the bottom!... 3 K odd... now 9K. lol
Still, i think we'll see a healthy correction here... anyone buying in the 6K range?
I have been buying every pay. When I first started buying crypto I was told buy with an amount you won’t care about losing. I have been doing that and will keep doing that. I am hoping some of these bitcoin/crypto predictions come true but if they don’t I ultimately lost an amount I didn’t care about.Ha! I must have missed this thread when I was posting on my own at the bottom!... 3 K odd... now 9K. lol

did you do it?I probably should take a short position in it and make a killing when it crashes again.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
I think it's the right thing to do hahaHilarious if this becomes the 'Bitcoin thread".![]()
Where are the Bitcoin lovers now? I'll be living the high-life in Europe somewhere soon if the rate of the increase continues!I think it's the right thing to do haha

haha Yup. At this rate, semi retired, traveling the world within the next few years in my early 40s. If there is institutional fomo, this could get really wild. With everything going on in the world and continued interest rate cuts, the perfect storm could be brewing.Where are the Bitcoin lovers now? Who is the guy lol He doesn't have any understanding of the tech. I also don't think you understand how usable all this will be in the next year or two either.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
