“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

My legs are still sore as hell from a workout earlier in the week. Yesterday I was still having trouble walking up stairs. I am still sore today but did make it out to do some MMA and one they got warmed up a bit I was able to work today.

But my question is, when you are sore, should you completely lay off using the muscles until they are completely pain-free again?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

But doesn't the pain mean that the muscles are regenerating? By continuing to work them while they're sore are you stopping the healing process that makes them grow?

That sounds like a recipe for overtraining. I'd recommend taking a couple days off from lifting until you feel better. The adage "no pain no gain" is a recipe for injuries, your muscles and nervous system need to recover.

No it will actually help the recovery process. By working out, you get blood flowing into your legs. Blood has nutritients, needed for recovery.

The best thing to do when you have sore legs is to train them again. Just do it light, the goal is recovery, not exhausting the legs once again.
