"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I just notice that like when I went to this party along time ago I got high and drunk and I had sooooooooooooooooooooo much confidence that I was literay doing stuff Ill NEVER do like I was grapping girls randomly kissing them.Along time ago I would never ever smoke or drink but now im starting to do that,I just notice that when I smoke or drink where im high or drunk i'll be able to approach girls easy with confidence, natural and will let everything flow i won't be scared or nervous. So therefore does it happen to you guys when your high or drunk get extra confidence or good stuff happens?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Just don't let it become a crutch, like I have. So many of my best conquests have been at parties that it's left my sober game shriveled up like a scrotum.

Well, I started smoking weed in 6th grade (I had an older brother who corrupted me) so now when I smoke...i'm 22, I get all quiet and would much rather just smoke by myself.

When I drink, it all depends on the situation. I know what you mean though, it IS a confidence booster if i'm at a bar or so and i'm taking shots with my buddies, but sometimes if i'm at a chill party or just drinking with a few friends, it has the opposite effect.

That's just me though.

Out of curiosity, how many of those girls do you date regularly?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You have to be wide awake.

If not you will just get tired and happy with relaxing in a corner. (Weed and Alch)

Other than that you will do more crazy things because you will not think about it before you do it. (This can obviously be a bad thing too.)

Do not let it become a crutch.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
