Is that IOI?

Today .. this lady .. looks about early 30s .. I am 28 .. anyways ..
I was getting into elevator to get to my office .. there she was .. waiting for elevator .. I insisted her to go in 1st .. As she walks in, she says, "We seemed to have same lunch time .." .. I said .. "We do??",

then she said, "Yeah .. I mean when I am at elevator, you are too .. " .. I said .. "We are?" .. (i guess i was confused .. )

Then I made comment about weather, then she replied. made her comment about her pulse etc .. As I getting off the elevator, I said something .. and she still reponded ..

Also .. I was facing door and she was 3 feet away to my right but facing me.. usually people face door to watch LCD screen in the elevator.. Whenever i talk .. she looked at me too ..

I have seen this woman .. here and there around work place .. What do you guys think?
 

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

to be DJ you got to just assume IOI's... I get them all the time and I think NOTHING OF IT...
You have to raise you standards....
just keep running game on all women...

The only IOI that you should take is if she Kisses you...

Sounds like interest to me and more importantly, she has saved you the hassle of the approach. You have the perfect opportunity with her now, just by chatting.

When women are interested, they make it easy for a guy, and she made it easy for you and even gave you an opportunity to ask her to lunch ("same lunch time").

But you need to work on your small talk a little. Ask her a few trivial questions next time and get things moving.

I am usually pretty good at making small talk when I initiate it .. but when someone starts it 1st .. then I catch off guard and get confused .. as in this case .. but next time i see her .. i am gonna make sure she giggle the fucc out ..

I don't know about this being a sign of interest. I think she was just making conversation. Ask her out, that is the only way to know for sure. Just because a woman makes conversation doesn't necessarily mean she likes you.
