"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

The item of clothing that gets you noticed?

I started wearing pocket squares with sports jackets and the ladies always comment at how cool it looks.

The girls always seem to notice the shoes as well! Just invested in a nice pair of Trickers Brogues!

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

My left ear is double pierced and my right ear only has one stud. Girls always say I have the cutest ears and I'm the only guy I've seen in my college town with my ears pierced like this. So its a unique thing I have going for me and it compliments whatever I wear.(and they always get bitten and sucked on XD)

I have a jacket pretty similar to james dean's in rebel, except mine is black, plain white t-shirt, jeans, and black boots

i'm almost always in a plain white or black t-shirt and jeans unless i have to dress up for an occassion in which case i get pretty gq

but yeah, tshirts and jeans will never go out of style. i try to shoot for a classic look

i feel it casts a wider net. if i dressed ghetto i'd probably only attract ghetto chicks. or if i dressed hipster i'd only attract hipsters etc.

i've gotten attention from all different kinds of women because of this. at least i think that's the reason. part of it i'm sure

Jacked upper body, dreadlocks past my shoulders, earrings, always wear a iced out watch and bracelet, short silver necklace. Clothing is always Affliction or edhardy with some boots. If Im not wearing that I'll wear some formal dress type ****.. I get VERY good responses with this style.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I have several fedoras that I often wear when I go out, though not as often these days since I started shaving my head because I got tired of hiding a receding hairline and was sure everyone suspected it anyway. I've had a lot of girls approach me and open with something like "I like your hat, who are you?"

I have a black leather bomber jacket that I wear most of the time, though sometimes I switch it with my black wool heathrow jacket.

Sometimes I throw on a black vest over a button down shirt for a bit of class but sometimes over a t-shirt just for the unusual contrast. Either way it draws attention.

I don't have any piercings or tattoos, which is good in that I never have to cover anything up to look professional. I'm never clean-shaven unless I need to be for work (some job sites I visit have no-facial hair policies for health and safety reasons.)

I wear glasses as I can't stand contacts and I'm honestly too chicken to consider LASIK. As such I make sure to have frames that compliment my face well. My custom Rayban sunglasses go very well with my shaved head.

My glasses!

They have ultra-thick lenses since I can't see for sh!t. But, as the world turns, nerdy glasses are in now so I get compliments on them whereas 10 years ago I never did!
