"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Is it my face? the fact that i'm bald or bad head shape or just something that turns women off just by looking at me?

Is it just that i'm not likeable, a people person?

What can i do to get out of the creepy zone?

i can post pics if you guys want, maybe what women dont tell me you guys can, i dont care if i look like ****, creepy a uggo, i just want to understand and ****ing do something about it.

Yeah im outta shape, i'm ****ing bald which doesnt help, i have a double chin, and i need a tan, but will that really help if a guy is a uggo / creepy?

Also if women base their decisions on the first time they look at a guy, then i have no chance with the ones i know, because for them no matter how i change, they have already made their minds in the first time they saw me.

ok here are some of them

can it be the fact that i'm ****ing bald with a ****ing double chin? Do i have written in my face ***** you can disrespect me ?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Take pride in who you are. That's the real secret - if you can't do that. Make it your personal mission to do what it takes to like yourself for who you are!

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Then get yourself a new deck brother.

Confidence at its core is understanding the limits you have are your own - and overcoming it

You obviously have a desire to be better - because the current you isn't what you want - that's a great start

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

as in another thread... I am bald, bad teeth, old and have a bad external body image.
I get smiles from 16-60yo women daily.

OP I want you to try something. When you are walking around, think of a funny joke or silly secret that makes you grin, or nearly giggle... it produces a fun smile on your face.

From your pics, I would also shave/trim your facial hair. I say facial hair because that you have is not a beard. It looks like you are trying to hard to look young, like a teenager with unshaven wisps. Try just the mustache/goatee if you like facial hair.

From what I read, I believe what would help is a more positive mindset. You might be a little too in your head and you are probably over analyzing. The notion in your post seems to be saying that ALL women think you're ugly and creepy which I do not think is true at all. Accept the fact that A LOT of women will feel this way BUT not ALL. I strike out A LOT but I have had at least 1 out of 15 girls who are at least willing to go out on a date with me.

Also I believe that core confidence is important, the "inner game" so to speak. I believe that it starts with self acceptance, now that doesn't mean to let yourself go and gain massive weight. Accept yourself and BUILD UPON yourself. You're balding? Shave your head or wear a hat. Pale and don't like it? Get a tan. Chubby with a double chin? Hit the gym. Also it's probably your body language as well. You have this fear of what women might think about you that it might be manifesting itself externally.

Also, I believe another way to become more confidence is to not give a fvck. By this, I mean, be passionate about something, get a hobby, or even just going to the gym and working out and focusing on yourself. When I workout or I'm doing my hobby, nothing else matters and honestly, that's when I'm the most happiest and don't need validation from others. I think that once you're in this state, you'll have this aura about yourself that will attract people to you like moths to a flame.

Mate seriously what would be wrong with just joining up a couple of Sports. Instant Fitness program and gets you out of your head immediately. And if you turn up regularly people may even start talking to you. Go to meetup.com and start clicking on a couple of groups. U can do that this weekend. How hard can it be?

Didn't look at the pictures before now. If you haven't read the link I posted before, then please take a look at it.

You're not ugly on the outside, you're ugly as fvck on the inside though. You believe you're ugly, you come here seeking validation for your beliefs. You're not physically unattractive, not repulsive in any way.

I've discovered you have done quite some plastic surgery. I'm gonna say stop being insecure about your looks right fvcking now, any more changes and you might look like a plastic freak. Work on your mind instead, that's where you'll find your ugly things. You are NOT ugly or creepy, you're just psychologically repulsive. You can't fix that with brain surgery, you gotta re-program your mind the old fashioned way.

I keep editing this post as I dig up old information about you. It doesn't matter what we tell you does it? I found this old thread from another forum a year ago. Your surgery obviously didn't do sh!t to your self-esteem, so again I suggest it's your mind and not your looks. Here's the post: https://www.mgtow.com/forums/topic/being-called-a-creep/

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I have no idea what you are talking about with the I'm bad looking sh!t. You are not. You might not be a model but how many of us are? I'm not and I have no issues getting women.

Dude, if you just believed in yourself and acted like it, you'd have no problem going into a club tonight and pulling a 7 at least based on looks.

Your mindset is what holds you back, not your looks.

You don't feel the need to smile because you're insecure about your teeth, I've seen from the pictures so I understand. Smiling confidently with odd teeth is better than hiding them, trust me on that. One of my front teeth are out of place, it's really obvious when I smile. Never been a problem.
