What's the difference between those 2 push-up programs?

I'm gonna start a program tomorrow, this is one I was going to follow (http://www.hundredpushups.com/) it suggests doing push ups in sets of 5 in this kind of order: (10,12,7,7,MAX)... then day 2 you do (10,12,8,8,MAX)...day 3.... (11,15,9,9,MAX) etc..

However, http://www.100pushups.info suggests 4 sets in a descending manner i.e.: day 1 (14,13,12,10)...day 2 (16,14,14,12)... day 3 (18,18,16,13)

Both programs are 3 times a week.

What's the difference between the out come of both work outs?

Both workouts are very similar. Lots of sets per day, descending reps which increase every day.
