What's a good way to fight stress?

I'm totally stressed out all the time. I go through total mood changes, I'm tired most of the time, I throw up every morning and all in all it's making me physically sick.

Does anybody know some good methods to fight stress?
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Exercise, listening to music, doing things you enjoy, laughter, sex, meditation, reading, yoga, balanced diet, and other numerous things. Maybe you don't drink enough water..

What do you think causes your stress? The throwing up in the morning?? Not sure about that one.

im rarely ever stressed. i think what helps me is having the right mindset. nothings impossible for you to handle man, dont waste your energy worrying bout stuff

Well, basically I moved away to a different country, left everything behind and live on my own now. Also I got a lot of stress with college and I'm still an AFC when it comes to women. I wanna change all that soon, though. Thanks for the tips guys.

An hour of cardio will take down your cortisol levels decreasing stress.

everything I.A.F.Y.B. said will help. outta all of those im sure youd prolly look at meditation and be like uhhh...but you really should try it. it helps you feel relaxed and focused and it only takes 5-10 mins...

when you get stress close your eyes and repeat out loud 10 times "I'm a pretty little princess."

that will calm you down and probably get you to chuckle to yourself.

listening to music and reading at the same time helps man. and like others have said so does meditating.

kiddin.. you'll need to first know why you are stressed! Is there something you desire from life, that you aint gettin?? any particular event that is responsible?

oh man I didn't expect that to work, I can't even say it twice without laughing.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
