Got a text at 2:30 last night randomly from a girl I've been talking to off and on the past few weeks. Haven't fvcked her yet. I know she hangs around the bars near her a lot so wouldn't be surprised if she sleeps around a lot, but don't know her well enough to say for sure so kinda a weird question for her to ask me.

Yes, the old "respond to a question with a question" trick. Don't fall for giving her an actual answer - you don't win.
