It has to look neat, mature, and lived in. Get some plants, fluffy towels, and some thrift store paintings. Also, get a decent bed and couch, and tear down any posters you have on the wall.

but of course, like anything, keep it clean and well presented.

chicks seem to dig textbooks. - helps if your studying eh?
also i've noticed if i leave my calculus text book in my car chicks always open it up and are like "wow you must be so smart, what do you do?"
i live at home but i've been redoing my bedroom..
painted, got rid of the tacky old single bed, and upgraded to a full bedroom suite, queen bed, with bed head and tail. 2 bed side tables and a chest of draws. looks good. but my walls are bare.
i'll get a cork board up, tacky but useful. get a mirror up, appearance is important. i'm going to get a few framed pictures up i think. got a great one from a couple years ago with all my friends in it, so i get it blown up and framed etc.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
