What should I work on for my body? I think i could get my shoulders wider and maybe work on my abs and the area around my neck. I think my neck looks small. Also, I know my legs look small but im working on those. So gimme your opinions on what i can work on and tell me exercises I could do to increase the size (especially any exercises for my neck).

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You have a good structure, some nice muscularity and in my view, excellent potential. Work on overall mass. Shoulder width and lats especially. Can't see your legs so can't comment. Performing heavy basic movements and eating well should help fill you out and develop some thickness.

I'll be honest: your arms in that last picture put my arms to SHAME.

But, your arms don't mesh too well with your un-puffy chest. To answer your question, I'd say, "Work on your chest presentation/frame: your lats and the chest itself."
