Lol. I'm planning to go no fap and no social media this summer. I want to see if it has an effect on my libido and my ability to game. I think I told you about my hookup with that HB 8 and I couldn't get it up. I've been working out at the gym more instead of paying attention to FB and I feel a lot better. Social media is a huge time killer. You should use that time to elevate your SMV
