"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

A) Count every girlfriend you ever had (who you dated at least 3 months).

B) Regardless of who ended it (statistically girls end most somehow), count how many came back to you and that you have sex with again (at least 3 months after the breakup)

What percentage came back? Divide the result of B by the result of A.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

It doesn't look like you voted but yes I found a staggering percentage came back - no matter how ugly the breakup was (and let's face it, it's rarely pretty) - but after you are over them.

I think in the end we tend to mostly remember good memories.

Good poll...I've always been curious about this. I think the longer you were together, the more likely she is to return.

I think how it ends is a big factor. If one party cheated on the other it makes it easier for the other party to have the "you're dead to me I never want to see, speak, or be around you ever again" attitude.

If it ends out of anything less messy than that, the chance that both parties come to terms with their hatred for one another down the line is more likely and less ill feelings will be harbored.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Was together with my first love for 6 years, engaged, she left me. It's been 2+ years, not 1 word from her since she left.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

The stripper is gone, mate.
She Hates Me

Met a girl, thought she was grand
Fell in love found out first hand
Went well for a week or two
Then it all came unglued

In a trap, trip I can't grip
Never thought I'd be the one who'd slip
Then I started to realize
I was livin' one big lie

She fvckin' hates me
Trust, she fvckin' hates me
La la la love
I tried too hard and she tore my feelings
Like I had none and ripped them away

She was queen for about an hour
After that, shlt got sour
She took all I ever had
No sign of guilt, no feelin' bad no

(Repeat)

That's my story, as you see
Learned my lesson and so did she
Now it's over and I'm glad
'Cause I'm a fool for all I've said

100% of the ones I broke up with came back. None of the ones that broke up with me reconsidered.

All but one...thouhg I'm usually the one to end it, not her.

I remember one came to my apartment and started taking her clothes off. I told her 'if you fvck you're going to feel bad tomorrow' she said 'I feel bad anyway, at least this way I'll get laid'.

ok maybe another poll on what happens after the sex?

It seems likely that sex happens again - but is it just a one off thing?? (In my case so far)

Need a poll to see what percentage of different things happen eg. sex once/few times/ regularly/ get back into rel short/long......

also another for how long it takes for sex to happen after BU????
