“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Just wondering as ive been using that bad boy quite a lot lately. Anyone know?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Step 3,
i) Roll around on the floor trying to get your legs to work.
ii) Get up eventually.
iii) Eat.
iiii) Recover your ability to walk without wincing.

I use the row alot too. Will this help me in my chin ups you think? I've been slackin from the gym recently and right now i cant lift my body weight (in wide grip pull-ups). Think the row will help with this movement?

Rowing helps your back generally. But if you're doing high rep rowing on a machine, you won't get much noticeable improvement in your upper back strength.

Go as hard as possible for short intervals. That might work. If you're sore, that's a good sign. Do (free or cable) rows if you want to improve your chin ups without actually doing chin-ups.

BTW, rowing on a rowing machine is fanstastic cardio (with respect to calories expended and the perceived effort).
