Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

I've been reading a bunch of red pill stuff and realized that I never really defined my desired end goal...what an oversight! In every other area of my life (fitness, career, money etc) I have goals. These may not be well defined (ex. I want to put on muscle, I don't have an end number in mind), but I at least have general outlines of where I want to be versus where I am now.

My last 'relationship' was with a girl that was crazy in love with me one moment and evil incarnate seconds later. I put up with this sh!t for way too long and I think that part of the reason for this was that I didn't really know where I wanted things to end up with her. Was I looking for a LTR? If I was, she was NOT the person for that and I should have ended it sooner than I did. Was I looking for a plate? If I was, I should have played it differently and not *put up with it* but basically treated her like a plate.

Now I know what I want: to take my time finding someone I actually care about. This means not falling for the next thing that comes around, but actively meeting women, developing plates and learning what makes me happy.

Where does this end for you? When will you stop visiting SS? What is success in a year / 10 years?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

The older the bachelor becomes the more he gets used to being single. I think it unlikely that I will ever get married. I shall aim for eternal beatitude instead.

Life ends in the grave, for me that's a very long time if I die of age. I have no idea when I will stop visiting SS, I already got what I came here for. What is success? Whatever makes the time between now and that grave great and worth living, there's no permanent answer other than that.

The end goal is to rule the world, or at least change the world, or at least leave some mark in history, or at least help someone else achieve those things.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I would venture to say even if you get in a LTR or marriage, don't just stop visiting SS. The problem is once your settle in a LTR or marriage, you start coasting thinking everything is "cool". You get so comfortable, that you stop noticing subtle sh!t tests, her withdrawing affection, sechs, gets lazy, gains weight, stops helping around the house and you enter a fog state.

If you let your frame develop some cracks in the armor, she starts leading to compensate for the power shift. Obviously, that's a worse case scenario.

Just stay in tune with your gut, and follow your observing ego to develop a higher intuition and lead as a man. This is the Don Juan way.

Having multiple end goals keeps me scarce and busy...plates get emotional when they see me, as do friends.

End goal for me is to have a passive income that would allow me to travel for the rest of my life. Maybe a couple of properties. Don't need to be rich, just enough to keep me on a sail boat, meeting new people, seeing new places and living a simple life.

There is no woman in the end game. Women come and go, I treat them as a bonus. I don't believe women/partner provide true happiness. Those who continually seek a life partner are living a life with no meaning. You must find something bigger than yourself.

The thing people find out once they reach a pinnacle in life on their own is that success & independence can be very lonesome. Life is about relationships. Almost universally people value those close to them over things & accomplishments. The trouble is that people who haven't reached the pinnacle *think* the pinnacle will satisfy them.

It won't. It can't. Only other human beings can provide you love, intimacy & companionship.

It's really ironic isn't it.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
