I go out down town enough that I know some guys who own bars, are well-known bartenders, etc.
I feel no desire to make friends with these people and have had ample opportunity.
I mean, if they're nice guys, I'll say "hey" to them while I'm there, but I'm not looking to use them to climb the social ladder. I don't give a fvck if you're some small-time DJ or anything like that, it isn't important in my life. I'm beginning to realize how fake the entire down town scene actually is, but unfortunately, it's the place to be.
Other notes to add: When I go out, I see that probably 95% of girls/women out there are not worth my time and it's not worth getting to know/putting up with their **** just for a chance at sticking my **** in them. I'd almost rather sit by myself.
I'm not sure what the purpose of this post is other than to ramble. It's Friday and I didn't go out because I slept all day. I generally don't like going out on Fridays and Saturdays because it's too crowded and filled with idiots. I much prefer Tuesdays, Sundays, etc.
