Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Where does she go? Rather go to a little upscale bar/lounge more than a dive bar?
How does she act? Educated? Traveled? Daring? Calm? has something to talk about?
Basically, a nurtured, well behaved chic.
Where I'm at in life, this is what I look for in quality plates. A girl that matches me.

1. Character - she is righteous, doesn't expect handouts and treats people well
2. Self motivated and driven - she can earn her own $$$, has ambitions that she's working towards
3. Charming - she's not "nasty" or "mean", she doesn't have to be because she know what shehas to offer
4. Loyal - If you are her man she will have your back, if you slipped she'd temporarily pick up the slack
5. Sexual - very sexual, still a student as well...
6. Generous - she would buy me gifts and take me on dates, know the things I desire and surprise me.
7. Educated - she's well educated and smart enough to educate herself for a carreer change for examplear

Has more going for her life with activities like cooking/baking, reading, volunteering, diet/exercising, church, family, hobbies, etc. Preferably doesn't smoke...

All women can be evil. All men can be evil.
Quality doesn't mean the same as perfect specimen.
Can you trust quality girls? No, you shouldn't trust anyone.
However most quality women might not cheat on you not because you're so awesome but because it's outside their morality clause. Which is even better.
Are they deep down bitches?
Being a beech is a flip switch every woman has. Just like being an Alpha is a switch every man has.
A quality chic however might just move on from you if all you do is bring the frustrating beech out of her. However bringing out the sexual beech is a different situation.
