What is Next?

Fellas, I'll keep this one brief. I met this girl at the bar last saturday and I got number close. I waited till tuesday and called her around 9:30pm. She did not pick-up but I got her answering machine. The name on the answering machine is not the name that she provided me. Anyway, I refused to leave her a messge. My question is should I call her back? If so, when is the appropriate time to call back? Also, should I pick-up in case she calls?

I can not confirm nor deny such assessment about her. I barely know her. Nobody has answered the question yet? Should I call her back and if she does not pick up, should I leave a message or just forget about her entirely.
