I pay for the first time we go out always, from that moment on, we share or I pay for the 2nd, she pays for the 3rd and so on. If she expects me to pay all the time, no good.

However, when I really have a good time with a woman and see things progressing naturally to a good place, I take pleasure in paying a couple of dollars (Albanian Lek in my case LOL). I reward people with whom I have fun with.
