what is a good size to aim for?

I am 5"8...only 135 lb with 4.1% bf (natrually skinny)

what is a good proportion to reach and maintain?

how many inches arms, chest, waist, and legs should i be aiming for?

what about body weight?

whatever size you feel/look your best at. just eat and train and see what happens.

It depends on the kind of body you are looking for. Some people dig the cut look, which you would get at around 150 lbs and low bodyfat (around 8-9%). Other people prefer the stocky look, which could take you to around 180 lbs.

It's all up to personal preference. Personally, I'm shooting for 165 lbs and 8% bodyfat, but that's just me.

There are some generell "ideal" standards which weight you will look good @:

Weight: 180 lbs 10% BF @ 5'8

Which give you roughly:

Arms: 15.5"
Chest: 43"
Waist: 32"
Thighs: 23"

These are far from correct though. Your genetic potential will determine how fast your muscles will grow and the proportion you get.

If I were you I'd shoot for 155 with low bf. Twenty lbs increments are great for judging your progress.

10 lbs can be a weekly phase because of water weight and maybe you're switching from cutting to bulking, etc. 20 lbs implies progress.

Then, when you reach 155 you can decide to cut more bf or keep gaining.

Being 'skinny' doesn't make you at 4.1% bodyfat.

At that measurement, you would be absolutely shredded. However, it's possible. I'd be extremely jealous if thats the case.
