I know it seems like another excuse, but it's hard to meet girls when you sleep really weird hours. I wake up at midnight usually (and yes, I have a job, two jobs actually). I'm not going to go to the bar right as I get up with only an hour left until they close. And I can't imagine gaming a girl at IHOP or a 24-hour coffee place. I'm very unphotogenic and don't do well with online dating, so that's not an option either.

Uhhh why the hell are you waking up at midnight then? I work at 8 and wake up at 6, which gives me plenty of time to get my workout in beforehand. Why don't you wake up at 5 or 6, work until 4 and then have until 11 or 12 free?

M-F: Wake up at 5am or 6am. Work until 4.
Saturday/Sunday: Go to bed late Friday, sleep in Saturday. Work 8-4. Go to bed late Saturday, sleep in Sunday. Work 8-4. Nap if you want. Work 7-4. Sleep at 8/9 at the earliest.
Or quit your stupid weekend job if you can't handle going without sleep for like 26 hours every week.

if you work grave, you are seperated from any sort of social life. I did this for a year, and still recovering. I suggest you get a day time, or a swing shift job, untill then, forget about a social life. You will be too tired to even try to date chicks. I've been there.
Another alternative, if it's too difficult to change your sleeping schedule, is to go ahead and go to the bars/clubs etc. and befriend the staff. They usually appreciate their late night regulars who aren't drunk and obnoxious at closing time. Many of the folks in the "late-night" service industry tend to hang out for some few hours after work, thought it is usually at invite-only after-hours type establishments or in rotating "house-party lite" type situations. Most of them like to party, but tend to stick into a tighter social circle. These mini-circles tend to contain many attractive women (hostesses, food servers, ****tail waitresses, and hot bartenders, who all tend to be hired, at least in part, due to their looks). The "gatekeepers" to this sort of scene usually are the more popular male bartenders, become solid friends with these guys...and you're in.
