What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

- Have opportunity to do public speaking in small proportions
- Be realistic about who you are and going after women who are on your own level (trying for women above you will destroy your self-esteem through rejection and they manipulating you into Oneitis-ville)
- Find a woman who accepts you and your difficulties, and you accept hers.
- You can still work on yourself to become the highest potential. If you do nothing, you get nothing.

Assuming you're not like seriously mentally deficient, if you do have a low IQ it's not necessarily a big deal for picking up women. If you're street smart that is more advantageous than being book smart and good at solving puzzles.
If you're just socially awkward, you need to get experience and positive reinforcement. You get this with lots and lots of practice. Push yourself out of your comfort zone every day by doing at least one social thing you're afraid of.
