There isn't one. The free ones either make you wait forever for procedures or won't approve procedures and then you have to pay for them out pocket in full.

To be unfair to the US health system, part of the reason it's so expensive is because it's corrupt AF to ensure big pharma makes a ton of money handing out crap people don't need.

It means and is intended to be accesible by everyone because it is or supposed to be affordable meaning anyone can pay for it at a reasonable cost. I dont have insurance and I get sick rarely. So, I dont pay it and dont have insurance because I dont nees it and I dont want my money to end up in the vaults of Uncle McDuck.
