IM a skinny bastard but with a gut coming on fast that i want to get rid off, which one of these will be best?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Am cardio on an empty stomach.

When you wake up, jog/walk for 35-50 minutes having not eaten anything beforehand.

This will use your fat stores as energy - which results in fat loss.

Also, try to keep away from junk food and keep carbs in the evening low because these will, more than likely, convert into fat as the majority of people just 'veg' in the evening.

PS - If you're a 'skinny bastard' why not consider putting on some muscle?

I was like you a year ago and now ive a bit of extra muscle on me Im so much happier with my appearence, I even wear tee-shirts out when I socialise now! lol.

Thanks alot, ill try doing that!

I dont have alot of time to put on some muscle (I know lame excuse but ive got college all day, and work every night till around 10pm, then i need to be up early for college again the next day)

The only bulking up i could do is at weekends, but im mostly out and about at weekends

Is there any quick excercises that you could think of that i could do that would gradually boost my muscles?
