"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Alright here's the situation. I've been employed with this company for about 8 months. While working there I've became "friends" with one of my co-workers. I've known here for about 2 and a half months now and she's cool. We sit next to each other everyday that we work and we have good conversation. Sometimes she'll blatently lean over to see what I'm reading and rub here formarms on me ect... I'm diggin' her but she's got a boyfriend.(rolls eyes) But the crazy thing is, is she sends hella mixed signals. Like the other day I was lookin' at her and noticed her thong stickin' out and the horny bastard I am I sat there and stared wondering what I'd be like to take those panties off. So, she looks at me catching me read handed I'm like whatever. I asked her what was on em, and she checked. I dunno I've made my intentions clear that I want to get with her but, I'm just not sure how to approach the situation. She says she wants to chill but I have no car so I'm working on that. I wrote her a sixteen bar verse the other day but I'm not really sure if I wanna give to her cause it maybe to forward. Mixed signals are a *****. What do you think about my situation?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ok your first mistake was "making your intentions known." You NEVER EVER EVER, let a girl know you want her before you know if she wants you!! Why? Cuz it gives her your ballz in the palm of her hand. She has a bf, but she still loves attention from guys, and your the guy that gives her that attention. Girls SAY a lot of things, but judge her more by what she DOES rather than by what she says. If she says she wants to "chill" but always seems unavailable then you know she's just teasing you. And DEFINITELY DO NOT give her a sappy 16 bar verse you wrote for her.

Sounds like your in the early stages of having One-itis!!! So what do you do?

Well be specific and ask her to hangout. If she agrees then see where it goes. If not, then move on.

BTW its ALWAYS a mistake to date a co-worker.

Thanks for all the feedback to everyone who repiled to my question.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
